Job Description:

Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sudbury, ON. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each client

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and care provided

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the province of Ontario
