We are hiring an Operations Representative to support a high-volume Wholesale Lockbox Operations team responsible for processing account receivables, payment transactions, and invoice data for commercial clients.

Important

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and account receivable transactions
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry
• Handle operational workflows while meeting daily deadlines and SLAs
• Review and verify transaction information for accuracy
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures and controls
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Production, Administrative, Data Entry, Transaction Processing, Banking Operations, Retail Operations, or a similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

• Retail operations experience
• Lockbox, payment processing, accounts receivable, or banking operations experience
• Experience working in a production or SLA-driven environment
