The OpportunityThe SMT Operator has excellent mechanical dexterity, can perform assembly tasks that require refined fine motor skills and will be able to interpret assembly work instructions. This candidate will have considerable initiative to multitask in a fast paced work environment and possess the basic qualifications outlined below. This position has 3 levels that can be attained and each level has different performance expectations, which are detailed below.
