Job Description

Superintendent / Construction Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Strong experience managing trades, with a solid construction knowledge base. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee trades and subs to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed.
  • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to avoid delays and reduce costs.
  • Health and Safety oversight.
  • Other as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience, including overseeing multiple concurrent projects or experience as a Superintendent with a GC.
  • Proven experience with project planning and inventory management systems is an asset
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and construction management software.
