Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Shift Time: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00

Job Purpose:


The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse processes, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, safety, and achievement of SLAs. The role coordinates workflow across receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping, and plays a key role in supporting and coordinating inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliations.

By monitoring performance metrics, reinforcing process compliance, and driving continuous improvement, this position ensures operational excellence and directly supports the delivery of world-class customer service through accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational successLive our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environmentOrganize paperwork for inbound receipts and outbound ordersDirect personnel to offload and load trucksCheck inbound and outbound freight/orders for accuracyDirect personnel to pick/stage ordersVerify product discrepancies / product confirmationsOversee cycle countsEnsure all employees are working safelyHandle all cross-dock freightHandle communication between warehouse and officeSupervise, open and close the warehouseEnsure all employees are following proper proceduresEnsure workload follows FIFO standards Create tasks for Weekend shiftFile daily paperworkEnsure daily workload as per SLA is completed or report cause of delayEnsure all equipment is checked and maintained properlyAssist with the day-to-day warehouse operations volumesSecure or open facilities as assignedCoach, mentor, lead and develop team members to support personal growth and development I.E; fully cross train team membersBe an advocate for company initiativesParticipate in the development and implementation of KPI goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the department as per Management directionEvaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedbackEnforce company policies & proceduresParticipation in completing employee appraisalsParticipate in onboarding new employees as needed

Effort & Working Conditions:

Warehouse EnvironmentMust be physically able to stand and walk around dock/warehouse for long period of time and be able to bend, twist, climb and move about in small spaces, and be able to lift up to 50lbs and reach for objects.May include occasional weekend work, shift work, working with challenging clients, and in a highly targeted fast paced environment.
