What are your contributions to the team?
  • Lead a team of Program Analysts. Guide the team in solving complex business challenges
  • Drive strategic and cross‑platform PCRs, providing support to team members and visibility to leadership team
  • Manage complex unplanned Program issues, and drive resolution
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budget targets
  • Prepare profitability analysis and present them to the management team
  • Control Program costs (manpower, material and other direct costs)
  • Work in a cross functional environment where you will interact with all management levels
  • Identify potential problems, risk and opportunities. Manage risks and opportunities by mitigating them along with functional teams
  • Coach your employees and support them in their development
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma and at least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace and/or Program Management
  • You have strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems
  • You have strong knowledge of project management
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management
  • You have good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • You are customer oriented and innovative in problem solving, and have a strong business acumen
  • You show an open mind and a great ability to work in a team
  • You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy
  • You are results oriented, and have good negotiations and influencing skills
  • We offer an hybrid work model
