Help Build the Operational Backbone of a First-Of-Its-Kind Hospice.Neshama Hospice is opening Canada's first hospice residence built on Jewish values, open to all. Our founding leadership team is putting the systems in place to open our doors and care for our residents and support their loved ones. We're looking for a senior operational and financial leader to join us and help shape the foundation.
In this role, you'll provide leadership across finance, HR operations, facilities, IT, procurement, and risk management, first helping establish our infrastructure alongside the founding team, then stewarding it as we open and grow.
