Ahria Consulting is excited to partner with TRY Recycling & The Better Bin Company of London in their search for a Head of Marketing to lead the development of a modern, data-driven marketing function across two growing businesses with strong market presence and purpose.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity focused on creating a structured, accountable marketing engine that drives real revenue growth.

About the Opportunity

You will report directly to the President & CEO and serve as the leader responsible for translating business priorities into clear marketing strategies, systems, and results.

Your mandate:

build the engine, align marketing to sales and operations, and deliver measurable growth.

This role spans both:

• TRY Recycling – a leader in environmentally responsible construction waste diversion
• The Better Bin Company – a fast-growing residential and commercial bin rental business

Together, they offer a unique opportunity to lead both B2B and B2C marketing in a high-impact, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategy across both businesses
• Build a scalable, data-driven lead generation engine (B2B + B2C)
• Establish clear performance metrics tied to pipeline, ROI, and customer acquisition
• Implement systems (CRM, automation, analytics) to drive consistency and insight
• Align marketing with sales and operations to drive tangible business outcomes
• Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels—optimizing for performance
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and market intelligence
