Basic Requirements Min. 2+ years of underwriting experience in commercial lending. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience). Have 3+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services. Knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management. Experience in client relationship management and commercial portfolio support. Strong organizational and technical skills with a desire for continuous learning. Available to travel locally to support client engagement and market development.
