Your Job Ensure timely and effective credit underwriting for new and existing borrowing clients. Meet the objectives of prudent risk management, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth. Realize full-service client solutions by collaborating with internal teams and leveraging financial analysis. Make sure you apply sound credit structuring and risk evaluation aligned with internal and regulatory standards. Influence client outcomes by acting as the primary contact for daily operations and inquiries. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and support business development. Your Team Within the Commercial Banking sector, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals, and you report to the Manager, Commercial Portfolio Management. Basic Requirements Min. 2+ years of underwriting experience in commercial lending. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience). Have 3+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services. Knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management. Experience in client relationship management and commercial portfolio support. Strong organizational and technical skills with a desire for continuous learning. Available to travel locally to support client engagement and market development.
