This is a full-time remote position for a Global Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing HR functions across a global workforce, including creating and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee development and engagement, and supporting organizational change management efforts.
