Our client is a well-established real estate developer seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Administrator to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, and payroll support, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator is as follows but not limited to:

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Process payroll and related remittances. Prepare and file GST/HST returns and other government filings. Assist with cash management, financial reporting, and audit support. Handle occasional accounts receivable and administrative accounting tasks as required. Support with ad hoc projects and other related duties. Requirements
Experience with Accounts Receivable. Experience with Quick Books is an asset. 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting administration experience. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and GST/HST filings. Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel. Experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end processes. Real estate, construction, development, or property management experience is an asset. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
