We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive, Partnerships reporting to a Manager, Partnerships to join our revenue team and support our partnership strategies. Job Summary: The Account Executive, Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the execution and fulfillment of Tempo’s partnership commitments. Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships, this role is focused on delivering best-in-class service to corporate partners by coordinating deliverables, supporting activation efforts, and ensuring every partnership touchpoint is executed with excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help bring partnership campaigns to life and contribute to the overall success and growth of the partnership team. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Partnership Management: Support the Manager, Partnerships with all projects by fulfilling partnership needs through seamless delivery of assets and activations. Complete research to gain an understanding of all our partner’s business operations and the competitive environment. Build trust-based relationships with partners, agencies and internal teams, managing expectations and delivering results. Support the creation of integrated marketing solutions that deliver against partner objectives and drive affinity for the Tempo in the marketplace. Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to deliver on partnership commitments and ensure alignment with overall team objectives. Work with internal stakeholders to review and approve partner creative that leverages Tempo marks. Assist Manager, Partnerships with providing ongoing updates to partners. Provide on-site support for partner activations during events, games, and community appearances as needed. Maintain internal partner tracking inventory including status documents, creative, and invoices. Support the fulfillment of partner requests including tickets, merchandise, gifting, and hospitality. Expectation to attend all home games during the season to manage all partner relations. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain up-to-date records of partnership activities, deliverables, and timelines using internal tracking tools and CRM systems. Support the tracking of individual partner budgets with monthly and year end reporting requirements. Conduct research and benchmarking to inform partnership strategies and improve activation quality. Support Manager, Partnerships on mid-season and end of season partner reports – including data collection, deck building and partner presentations. Team Leadership: Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to share insights, execute activations, and ensure seamless partnership fulfillment. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is required. 1-2 years experience in marketing, sponsorship management, or business development, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry required. Proficiency with MS office software including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and follow-through. Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
