Our premium hospitality service is seeking an Account Manager for our fast-growing business. We are recruiting one high-performing individual who is looking to invest in not only their career but in a long-term journey for their professional and personal growth. The successful candidate is someone who is a top performing sales leader, problem solver, good communicator, quick thinker, manager, and a self-starter. He/she has strong analytical capabilities but also a level of emotional intelligence required to effectively present their thoughts to potential clients and senior executives. This high performing individual is also able to manage a portfolio of clients throughout the entire sales and customer journey, using a strong CRM pipeline.

We are looking for someone with very strong written and verbal skills in English and a unique ability to build rapport with North American clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can strengthen, nurture and develop relationships with leads, turning them into long lasting partnerships.

About the Role:

Build and nurture meaningful relationships with qualified leads

Build and provide quotes for one time and recurring leads

Identify partnership and referral opportunities with corporate clientele

Build a portfolio of residential and/or enterprise-level clients

Convert warm leads into long-lasting partnership

Create strong lasting relationships with a large client portfolio

Utilize a CRM system (HubSpot) for tracking and managing customer journey

Manage communications internally and externally

Coordination and assistance with team members

Provide support for other team members

Troubleshoot problems, and work with the team to resolve situational issues

Manage bookings and cleaning schedules to ensure smooth running operations

Manage reviews and complaints with your client portfolio

Collects important data and manages reports

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English (you will be messaging and speaking with guests over the phone)

Must be comfortable speaking with clients

Must have a friendly tone and pleasant attitude

Being able to think on your feet and exercise good judgment

Able to coordinate and work well within a remote team environment

Must have excellent time management skills and be very organized

High-speed internet and a quiet place to work from when on calls

Must have some technical/admin skills
