Le Comptable à Temps Partiel sera responsable de la tenue précise des registres financiers, y compris le suivi des transactions, la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients, et la réconciliation des relevés bancaires. Le candidat idéal aura une grande attention aux détails, d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et une maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Enregistrer les transactions financières quotidiennes et compléter le processus de comptabilisation.
  • Vérifier que les transactions sont enregistrées dans le bon journal, le grand livre des fournisseurs, le grand livre des clients et le grand livre général.
  • Traiter les comptes fournisseurs/clients et gérer la paie en temps opportun.
  • Réconcilier les écritures pour équilibrer les comptes auxiliaires.
  • Maintenir et équilibrer le grand livre général.
  • Préparer des rapports financiers en collectant, analysant et résumant les informations et tendances comptables.
  • Se conformer aux exigences de déclaration des gouvernements locaux, étatiques et fédéraux.
  • Gérer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
  • Gérer et réconcilier les comptes bancaires.
  • Assister aux audits et à la préparation des déclarations fiscales.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes applicables

**Job Summary:**

The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including tracking transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

- Reconcile entries to balance subsidiary accounts.

- Maintain and balance the general ledger.

- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

- Manage and reconcile bank accounts.

- Assist with audits and tax preparation.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
