Full Cycle Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, go-getter to join our customer success team. We are a digital marketing company that works with US and Canadian clients, creating innovative marketing campaigns that outperform for our clients. Our customer success managers lead the client relationships and are vital to our growth so this role is a pivotal one for our business.

The ideal candidate will be:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Drive discussion around upsells, cross sells and additional services we can support clients with based on their challenges
• Project manage a small team to ensure clients deliverables are executed on time
• Work closely with the media buying team and funnel building teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for growth and revenue expansion

Requirements:

• Project management, customer success or client facing experience is required
• A general understanding of marketing / digital marketing would be preferred
• 1+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with using CRM softwares is a positive
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
