Research Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Real Estate team. The Research Analyst’s position’s overall mission is to significantly proliferate the quality and strength of the companys relationship with current and prospective clients.

The Research Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. The Research Analyst will also assist in refining and evolving the company’s overall sales/marketing strategy and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture leads by following the companys lead management system and collaborating with the Marketing Department.
• Actively engage in prospecting initiatives such as weekly targeted calls and emails to foster all prospective and current relationships to achieve client retention goals and sales targets.
• Ensure that the CRM is kept up-to-date with relevant information and daily updates on leads.
• Assist the marketing team in developing the company marketing initiatives which includes brand management, public relations and market research.
• Conduct market research, monitor market trends and provide daily updates on any pertinent news in the industry.
• Collaborate with teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Effectively manage, monitor, and strengthen the internal sales process and companys listing marketing initiatives.
• Prepare comparable maps for the clients using Adobe Illustrator.
• Conduct land valuations and send to Sales Team.
• Research opportunities in the marketplace and provide recommendations.
• Manage the Relationship Associate (Field day person) by organizing their day.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and love for Real Estate. 1+ year of Sales experience is required (can be internship or co-op).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce CRM and Adobe Illustrator (bonus).
• Excellent planning, time management, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to setting, achieving and exceeding individual and team goals.
• The perfect candidate will have the ability to identify job performance measures, set and attain quarterly goals, troubleshoot and recommend changes for betterment of the team and services offered the client.
• You are recognized for your ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships. You are genuinely interested in the business and take pride in your work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
