As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges - Process customer payments and update account information - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions - Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is preferred We offer competitive compensation, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.
