Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project planning, executing and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Support project managers in planning, organizing, and controlling projects
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented properly
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting construction blueprints, permit preparation
- Aid in estimating construction costs and material availability

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Experience in project coordination or coordination of internal teams or similar experience - Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to remain focused and composed in high-stress situations, effectively managing workload and priorities. - Can take direction & quickly apply to tasks - Execute tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, even under tight time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
