We are looking for someone to join our real estate team at Walker, Head as a junior real estate clerk.

Successful candidates will have a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent, and have at least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Clerk/Assistant.

Primary responsibilities will be:

· To assist in all aspects of residential real estate transactions from beginning to end;

· To assist with preparing legal documents for purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions;

· To opening and closing files;

· To corresponding with clients and financial institutions; and

· Have knowledge of Teraview and Unity.
