Content Writer

Content Creator:

Growing trucking management software (TMS) company has a need for a content creator/manager. This is a full time, remote position.

The ideal candidate will have the skillset and know-how to create internal and external content in 3 areas: technical, training, and marketing.

We will provide you with the raw, unfinished copy from the three departments on a continual basis. We need you to take the raw copy, use it to create exceptional communication media that will be easy to understand (non-technical), a pleasure to consume, and want the audience craving more.

Responsibilities Include: creating, deploying, managing content, and meeting deadlines.

As our TMS software evolves, you will need to be able continually update all internal and external touchpoints in a polished, easy to understand, and use format. And of course, manage the ever-changing content.

The content must be useful internally, externally, on our website and word-press, LMS system, our customer support portal, in a format that is technological and user friendly. You must have a vision of how you want this information presented, how it functions, and work to tweak it to get desired results. You are also a creative and strategic thinker.

Qualifications Required: You must be able to write well, concise, and succinctly. You must have a compelling writing style. You must be familiar with the latest and greatest software tools available to improve all touchpoints with clients and internal staff, thus improving our brand and all those that use it.

Experience required: 2+ years

Please be prepared to provide samples of previously completed work or your portfolio.
