Warehouse Associate

Shift: Monday - Thursday (10pm-8am) - working 4 days/week

As we continue to grow our team, we are currently looking for Warehouse Associates.

Warehouse Associate Role:

Working under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager, the warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and loading premium beverages/kegs following all established policies and procedures to ensure delivery drivers are setup to meet the Customers’ delivery requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer orders are received, stored, picked, and shipped in a timely fashion, within prescribed metrics, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform all duties following all safety protocols and reporting all unsafe/maintenance issues to the manager’s attention.
• Ensure proper counting and coding of inbound and outbound freight.
• Assist in the investigation process of any product variances.
• Support operations in processing returns.
• Attend work on time on all scheduled days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, engaging, safe workplace culture, evaluating the environment daily at shift start to confirm safety compliant.
• Oversee power equipment operators, ensuring proper and safe operation.
• Support Operational leadership team in ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a warehouse and/or transportation environment (asset)
• First aid certification (asset)
• Experience working in a pick & ship process environment (asset)
• Experience with high-volume, computer-generated inventory control system and warehouse software applications (asset)
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
