Online Merchandiser 401 Dixie Hyundai Mississauga, ON
We are looking for an energetic, driven Online Vehicle Merchandiser who will be responsible for overseeing the digital merchandising of vehicles. Reporting to the Pre-Owned Operations Manager, the Online Merchandiser is at the front-line taking photos, shooting videos, and writing descriptions. These duties are to be backed by industry leading processes that ensure flagship results.

Your day-to-day:
  • Take and post interior and exterior photos of vehicles
  • Record vehicle walk around videos
  • Create detailed descriptions for vehicles
  • Assist with wholesale merchandising as needed
  • Perform daily quality control through vehicle management systems such as Homenet IOL, CarMedia, and OneSource
  • Follow-up on customer exchanges
  • Assist with special projects and events when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need:
  • A high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Previous photography and editing experience are an asset
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team; multi-task, prioritize actions, excellent personal organization, and strong communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
