DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In a shared role, reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy you will play an integral role by providing a full range of administrative activities. Responsibilities will include: development and management of the corporate calendars of the Directors; preparing, formatting and reviewing complex documents, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence; Participate in setting up stakeholder meetings; preparing agendas and meeting packages; taking and transcribing meeting minutes; handling a wide variety of inquiries via telephone and/or email; and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of an Office Administration (Executive) Program or equivalent combination of education or experience;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Administrative Assistant/Secretarial role, preferably in a health care setting;
  • Strategy development experience in a healthcare environment, an asset;
  • Superior skills and command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; (tested)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and results orientated;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
