Summary... Functioning as a member of the Warehouse team; responsible for a variety of administrative duties relative to the Port Coquitlam Warehouse / Shipping. This is a full time permanent position with hours: Sunday: 10:30am – 7:12pm. Monday – Thursday 1:00pm – 8:42pm. How you will make contributions that matter...

• Sorts shipping documents into “pick order” based on daily load-out schedule.
• Confirms picked orders to system – adjusts orders based on established process.
• Assists with “customer pick-ups” and communication with third party carriers.
• Coordinates and tracks trailer arrival/receiving and departure.
• Assists in all areas of administration within the Shipping Office.
• Flexible to work other shifts (days, graveyards, and afternoons).
• Performs other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you…

• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite – Word / Excel / Outlook.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehousing, and transportation an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated; able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency and dependability in current position.
