Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general assistance.
Effectively navigate customer databases and systems to retrieve information and update customer accounts.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed established performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
