The Gourmet Chefs serves as the Master Chefs in charge and fully responsible of Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC) Inc, vessel operations and is responsible for the success of the Corporation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Gourmet Chefs are responsible for creating and implementing a clear sense of direction for the Corporation and its related businesses by defining, communicating, and overseeing the Corporation’s mission, goals, operating principles, and strategic actions. To design and develop CAC and CCC World-class State of the Art Green/Blue Mega Port and Oceanographic Research Laboratory. To develop CAC super luxury explore yacht hub and charter platform.
To work and collaborate closely with our team/teams of experts and specialists for charter management and operations of CAC main port facilities for our super luxury explorer yachts and deep sea submersibles
To work and collaborate closely with our teams to create and build our brand/product, website and global partnering networks
To promote Bonvista Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador ( Iceberg Alley) as the International Cross Road Intersection of the Seven Sea’s and Ocean Gateway into The Northwest Passage and Arctic regions and develop charter destinations within CAC selected charter operations route/ loop in to Newfoundland, to Labrador, Northwest Passage, Spain, Canary Islands, Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Antarctica.
To oversee and manage CAC fleet of Ice-classed Explorer Vessels, Submersibles and Dive Operations for all Expeditions, Exploration, Treasure & Shipwreck Recovery, Underwater Film/ Documentary Entertainment- Climate Change/Global Warming/ Marine Research charters.

JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS
This position is the most senior management position in the Corporation, with responsibility for:
The Gourmet Chefs holds a successful portfolio building and managing Marine Industry public trading corporations, private and non-profit for a minimum of 15 years, working with Investor Relations (IR) Stakeholders, including networking and building partner relations with 100 and 500 Fortune Companies. Managing $100M-$1B annual portfolios
Requirements to Apply For the Position:
This position (Requires) a Canadian Transport Canada Gourmet Chefs/Cooks Food Safelty & Management Certificates, including Administration certificates..
The Gourmet Chefs holds a minimum of 10 years in the private super luxury yachting and submersible industry managing a fleet of vessels, carrying private mini-submersibles onboard, with toys, chase boats/support vessels in the Antarctica and Artic regions, include Med Atlantic regions.
The Gourmet Chefs holds clear understanding, with a proven track record for safety, training, inspections and management of operations for vessels crew changing and provisioning at sea and in remote locations in the Northwest Passage, Arctic and Antarctic and Med regions
The Gourmet Chefs has extensive experience working with CEO,s and Directors of Operations securing and managed super luxury yacht and submersible charter contracts with private clients and charter management companies, exclusive membership clubs, brokers, agents, including scientific oceanographic research institutions and universities of 1B to 10B annually operations. The Gourmet Chefs has exceptional Guest Experience and understanding working closely catering to the super rich and ultra- wealthy guest/clients and meeting they’re needs and demands

Work Experience and Marine Certificates Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working in the Super Luxury Yachting Industry
All applicants must have previous experience in working remote Artic or Antarctica, MED climate conditions
Minimum 2-3 Year’s experience in Heavy Marine Offshore Commercial Industry
Gourmet Chefs Certificates with current (STCW Endorsement) Minimum 10 Year’s experience working within the Super Luxury Explorer Yachting Industry on 30m to 100m private luxury yachts in the Adventure, Expedition and Exploration Industry.

CAC,s itinerary will be Northern Atlantic – Newfoundland/Labrador – Home Base/Command Center, Mega Port-Seaside Resort Green/Blue Development at Cat Bay, Bonvista Bay, Newfoundland, onwards within our charter route/loop into the Northwest Passage-Baffin Island, Greenland, Iceland, Spain, Canary Islands, Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Antarctic.
Vessels for Adventure & Explorer Charter/Crewing - 12 guest- 8 crew- 10- guest- 10 crew
Vessels for Scientific Research Charter/Crewing 12 clients – 8 crew – 10 clients – 10 crew – 6 clients – 12 crew – 4 clients – 14 crew – 1 client – 19 crew

Language Requirement:
Bilingual specking is an asset
Personal/ Social appearance: Must be 100% at all times. All tattoos must be covered by sleeves, No Drinking or Smoking of Any Kind while on charters with clients/guest onboard.
Schedule: 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off – 8 weeks on 4 weeks off pending charters, 12 hour shifts- 6/6 shifts pending operations.
