We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Toronto. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing information about our products/services.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Up sell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
