Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing raw footage to create compelling video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the companys brand identity, style guidelines, and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques, software, and technology.
• Support the production team with tasks such as organizing files, managing equipment, and coordinating schedules.
• Other tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in film, media studies, communication, or a related field with 1 year of graduation.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video editing projects is highly desirable.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
