As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website. As a business owner with multiple projects on the go, Im seeking a talented individual to take the reins of our social media presence. In this role, youll be responsible for managing two Facebook accounts and two Instagram accounts, each catering to distinct audiences and objectives:

• Cleaning/Short Term Rental Management Company: This account showcases our top-notch cleaning services and exceptional short-term rental management offerings. Youll have the opportunity to highlight our professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• New Book: Our latest literary venture needs a dedicated social media presence to generate buzz, engage readers, and drive book sales. Youll play a crucial role in promoting the book, connecting with readers, and expanding our author platform.

What Were Looking For:

• Creativity: We need someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Whether its crafting captivating captions, designing eye-catching graphics, or conceptualizing engaging campaigns, we want someone with a flair for creativity.
• Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication is key in this role. Youll be liaising with team members, engaging with followers, and representing our brand across various social media platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Experience and Proven Track Record: Were seeking candidates with prior experience in social media management and a demonstrated track record of success. You should be well-versed in growing followings, engaging audiences, and driving customer leads for businesses.
• Posting Frequency and Overlap: We aim to maintain a consistent posting schedule of three posts per week for both the cleaning/short-term rental company and the book. There may be overlap between Facebook and Instagram content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Payment Structure and Growth Opportunities: Were offering a pay-per-post arrangement initially, with the potential to transition into more part-time hours for the right candidate. We value talent and dedication and are committed to providing growth opportunities within our organization.
