Cleanway Supply has been providing quality cleaning supplies and equipment to the BC interior since 1988. We are locally owned, have offices in Kamloops, Kelowna and Williams Lake.
We are currently seeking a field service technician responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers. We are willing to train the right person if you demonstrate motivation, have mechanical aptitude and take initiative. The service technician performs on-site routine maintenance, installations, troubleshooting and repair of laundry and dish dispensers. You will also be required to perform preventative maintenance and repair to commercial janitorial equipment; including cleaning and changing of filters. on-site chemical dispenser installations and preventative maintenance to the above.
Duties to include:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and provide routine preventative maintenance to our customers
- Educate customers on basic equipment upkeep and repair
- Maintain and collect accurate and complete equipment information for each customer
- Maintain parts, tools and equipment
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate customer work order records
- Establish positive customer relationships
- Ability to self manage.
This is a full-time position. Competitive hourly Compensation commensurate with experience.
Medical/Vision/LTD/STD and Life insurance after 3 months. We also offer internal supplemental health care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
