About Us:

HeyMilo is looking to change the way companies interview and evaluate candidates. We’re looking to transform how recruiters and hiring managers filter out candidates to identify the best candidates in their pipelines for high-volume roles. How do we do this? We’ve built a generative AI-powered voice agent that enables companies to conduct a two-way conversational interview, with the ability to in real time score candidates based on a customizable scoring rubric.

Our founding team is led by repeat exited co-founders with past experience working at companies like Instagram, Microsoft, and Salesforce. We recently raised our seed round from notable investors such as Canaan Partners and ERA.

This role will initially be a contract role, with the opportunity to convert to full-time.

About the Role:

You’ll be at the forefront of our inbound marketing efforts, helping to amplify our brand’s voice and reach through a variety of mechanisms (i.e newsletter, marketing campaigns, posts on communities such as Reddit, Blind, and Fishbowl). Your work will directly influence our growth and presence in the market!

Responsibilities:

• Identify channels to reach our target audience and appropriate messaging to convert them to leads/users of our platform
• Develop and launch dynamic digital marketing campaigns that resonate and engage.
• Manage our weekly newsletter, curating compelling content that captivates our audience.
• Help manage a content calendar for our newsletter and socials, ensuring consistent engagement across all digital channels.
• Develop effective inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage our target audience
• Conduct market research to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Use creativity and analytical skills to drive brand awareness and product visibility through innovative GTM growth hacks.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine marketing strategies and achieve alignment with business goals.
• Design targeted lead magnets and optimize email campaigns to enhance user acquisition and retention.
• Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish, boosting awareness of new features and partnerships.
• Set ambitious targets for traffic and engagement, using data to drive decisions and measure success.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, (completed or in progress) or a related field.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, communications, or product marketing within the tech or AI industries.
• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools that are critical for successful campaign management and analytics.
• A creative mindset with the ability to pivot strategies quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, and a self-starter who is receptive to feedback, eager to grow and improve with the ability to work independently, execute tasks with minimal instruction, and deliver measurable results.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
