Human Resources Generalist

Duties include Recruiting, Managing Employee relations, Handling disciplinary needs, Ensuring compliance with Labour laws and regulations, Overseeing training programs, Supporting employee development and Assisting employees.

- Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
- Administer compensation program; monitor performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
- Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers; write and place advertisements; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conduct reference checking; extend job offers; conduct new-employee orientations; monitor career-path program and employee relations counseling; conduct exit interviews
- Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Skills:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Conflict management skills

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
