Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk team as a part-time Draw Auditor, Lottery Solutions. This team of professionals utilizes industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. As a member of the team you’ll form part of an effective system of internal controls that provide credibility and integrity over the lottery and ensure compliance is maintained. Please note that this is a part-time role averaging 6-9 hours a week for a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Attend evening lottery draws for our Regional Lottery supplier of draw-based games
• Be present at game sales cutoffs to observe client procedures
• Witness the completion of Regional draws for that date
• Work alongside the client security personnel to oversee accurate completion of draws and communication of draw results
• Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
• Be available 2-3 evenings per week, for approximately 1 hour shifts starting at 21:30, including rotational weekend work

Skills and Experience

• 1 to 2 years of administrative or professional experience is an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate under time pressures
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and risk management frameworks is considered an asset
