What we’re looking for:

As a Truck Dispatcher with Envision Cold, you will be key in orchestrating the movement of goods and ensuring they reach their destinations efficiently and on time. With a keen eye for detail, impeccable communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, you will navigate the complexities of routes, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):

• Track shipments.
• Plan Driver routes.
• Plan equipment uses & status with Operations.
• Communicate with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
• Prepare dispatch documents, as well as generate freight bills and invoices.
• Process orders from email into spreadsheets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone.
• Solve customer complaints and monitoring shipments.
• Ensure that driver complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipment details and vehicle information.
• Monitor truck movements and guide drivers on their routes via text and phone.
• Track delivery time.
• Review truck drivers logs.
• Transmit shipment details to customers.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A minimum of 1 year Commercial Truck dispatch experience required
• 2+ Years Customer Service experience
• Minimum 40 WPM Typing & Texting
• Fluency with Technology, including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Google Sheets
• Clear Written & Spoken English
• Exceptional organization and customer service skills
