Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations and possess excellent communication skills. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation and logistics activities to ensure efficient delivery of goods.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments across Southern Ontario with carriers and drivers
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Operate phone systems to coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of freight movements
- Provide exceptional customer service with proper phone etiquette

Skills:
- Proficiency in supply chain operations and deep understanding of geographic regions to optimize route planning
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with drivers and customers
- Understanding of freight logistics and transportation types

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
