Sales Area Representative

Calling all skilled professionals who enjoy working the behind the scenes to ensure the success of a project! Robert Half has partnered with large commercial construction company that is looking to fill key positions on their Contract team. As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing, coordinating and administering contracts
Advise project teams on contractual requirements and potential legal implications - to protect the Company from additional risks
Manage the contract change order process
Assist with claim mitigation and commercial contract compliance
Create/assist with project related reporting and documentation
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
The positions are permanent, full-time roles supporting a long-term, commercial project located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In addition to a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits will be offered to all successful candidates.

5+ years of project experience specifically with contract formation and administration (international experience welcome especially from the UAE)
Experience with EPC/EPCM projects strongly preferred
Post secondary education in civil engineering, law, project management or related program is required
Proven attention to detail and strong legal writing skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Edmonton area
