We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our metal roofing company team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. Requirements:

-Roofing industry experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
