**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and customer service, with a focus on accurate billing processes. **Responsibilities:** - Review and process billing invoices accurately and efficiently - Ensure all billing information is entered correctly into the system - Verify discrepancies by checking data for accuracy - Communicate with clients to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies - Maintain billing records and documentation for reference - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing procedures **Skills:** - Proficient in computerized billing systems - Strong organizational skills for efficient file management - Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of billing documents - Experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus - Knowledge of clerical duties within a medical office setting - Customer service and support experience beneficial If you are a meticulous individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we invite you to apply for the Billing Analyst position with us.
