Outside Sales Rep

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Candidates must be willing to physically go out into the field to meet with prospective customers.
• Visit and meet with key accounts and prospective customers, promote products and conduct presentations. Outreach at least 15 accounts per week.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to better understand their needs, preferences, and business requirements.
• Identify and research potential customers within the assigned territory, identify prospects and generate leads and grow market share.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and market insights to optimize performance.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management providing regular input on all account activity, including progress against targets, potential leads, market feedback and call reports on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team and warehouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate smooth order fulfillment. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met.
• Provide samples, literature, and other marketing tools in support of the brand and product; Make sure customers obtain the most up to date marketing materials.
• Ensure all customer issues are dealt with proactively and effectively, keeping management informed of any problems that may escalate.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• University or college degree in sales or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in B2B Sales preferred.
• Experience in quartz, stone or other countertop surface industry is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently in contributing value to the team.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Develop solid understanding of TCE Stone and our products (color, patterns, certifications, warranty) and the quartz and stone industry in concise duration.

Working Conditions:

• Regular travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
• Ability to physically go out into the field to meet with prospective customers, promote products and conduct presentations.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to variable weather conditions is likely.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
