We are seeking a dedicated Product And Support Manager to join our team. As the first line of contact for training and support, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supplier programs and operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The Product & Support Manager is the first contact line for franchise partners and agents for training and support. This is also a key role in the ongoing development of supplier programs and the operational infrastructure of the company.

Typical areas of support provided include helping agents with questions relating to ticketing, contracts, and GDS along with first-level support for technical inquiries. Part of this role involves supplier relations. Interacting with suppliers and coordinating training and events is also an integral part of this role.

The creation of new projects and initiatives surrounding products, suppliers, and business opportunities falls within the scope of this role. The Product & Support Manager works closely with the other Product & Support Managers, the marketing team, and other head office Support Team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 Years of Travel Agency Experience
  • Advanced GDS Experience with Sabre. Preference will be given to candidates who also have a knowledge of Travelport
  • Advanced Knowledge of Clientbase and Clientbase invoicing
  • Comfortable with providing training and assistance to travel agents
  • Excellent communicator and team player

Summary

  • Home and/or office-based
  • Located in the Lower Mainland preferred
  • Salary Starts at $50K per annum (Negotiable)
  • Regular office hours

Work Arrangement:

  • This is a semi-remote position. Candidates must be located in the lower mainland and able to get to our Vancouver office.

Full-time:

  • This position is full-time, with 40 hours per week.

Salary:

  • The salary for this position is $50,000 annually (Negotiable)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
