We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, focusing on promoting our portfolio of technology certifications and consulting services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth in the technology industry. Experience with CompTIA and ISC2 certifications would be considered and asset,

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to promote our technology certifications and consulting services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Present product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology certifications and consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $28,000.00 per year
