Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing transportation operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor routes and provide updates on shipment status
- Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency
- Utilize transportation management systems for tracking and reporting
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation
- Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and freight operations
- Ability to analyze data to optimize transportation processes
- Experience with AS400 or similar systems for data entry
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of SyteLine or related software for logistics management
- Understanding of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations
- Experience in shipping and receiving procedures
