The Law Office of Calvin Goldman, K.C. is a law firm located at University and Dundas.

We are looking for a hybrid executive administrative assistant that can complete day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include

- email monitoring, keeping track of deadlines and emails that require responses

- scheduling Zoom calls, meetings, reservations, etc.

- travel arrangements

- prep for calls by preparing hard copy client files

- typing up dictated emails, setting up emails for clients

- printing, copying, scanning

- basic tech trouble-shooting

- making online purchases, keeping track of ongoing expenses

We are looking for someone with experience in the legal administrative field. Training will start on May 13. Hybrid hours will start July 1st. We are looking for somebody part time, with 1-2 office days in office and 1-2 days working from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
