Anipet Animal Supplies is a leading Distributor of Pet Food and Supplies that has been family owned since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our team in our South Surrey warehouse. We are passionate about our people and our mission of Inspiring Leadership and Building Community within our team and among our customers.

We Offer:

· Day Shifts to Monday to Friday 7:00-3:30pm and 8:00-4:30pm

· Starting rate $20.00 per hour minimum

Ideal Candidate:

· Distribution experience would be an asset however full training will be provided

· Forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack experience required

· Ability to lift 40lbs. comfortably is a requirement

· Energetic and highly organized

· Strong team player

· Problem solving abilities

· Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

· Food Picking, Supply Picking and Receiving in scheduled rotation or on an “as-needed” basis

· Order preparation including packaging, skid building, wrapping and processing paperwork

· Meeting and exceeding daily performance targets

· Operation of materials handling equipment including forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack

· Use of warehouse scanning software and inventory management software
