The Hamilton Vascular Laboratory is pleased to offer a new flexible PART TIME employment opportunity as a Medical Marketing Administrator. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate who can demonstrate great communication and high organizational skills. This independent role allows you to manage your daytime hours while accomplishing all related duties and responsibilities. We are confident you will find this position both rewarding and challenging as you become part of our great team.

The marketing administrator will responsible for:

  • Planning, researching, organizing, delivering and presenting marketing information to physician and medical offices in the Hamilton area
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, letters and company web site.
  • Keeping a database and drive drive log (paid kilometer reimbursement)
  • Arranging schedule for the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Initiating and maintain a regular strategy of delivering marketing materials to target clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have positive social attitude and strong interpersonal skills with high integrity
  • Must have good organizational skills and can work independently
  • Outspoken professional personality an asset for interacting with medical offices and doctors
  • Must have method of transportation to travel in the Hamilton area
  • Must be fluent in English

Full orientation and training will be provided for selected candidate.
