A Day in The Life:

BeMo has an immediate need for an experienced, top caliber sales expert to join us as a Market Response Specialist. The selected candidate will mainly focus on filtering outbound and inbound leads via email or phone and pass along high quality leads to our inside sales team. Were looking for someone who is results-focused to get things done, and get them done fast with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

What you will do:


  • Filter inbound and outbound leads based on our internal scoring system to pass along leads to our inside sales team based on lead quality.
  • Answer phone inquiries to filter prospects based on lead quality before handing off to our internal sales team.
  • Answer email inquiries to filter prospects based on lead quality before handing off to our internal sales team.
  • Support students and parents with general questions and follow-up inquiries as needed.
Track and organize data and improve efficiencies.


We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or market response or sales call filtering.
  • Are proficient with technology and have a passion for learning new tools.
  • Are well-versed with online research.
  • Are a self-directed learner with the ability to systematically experiment to improve our customer service/sales procedures.
  • Are proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and seek and learn the use of new software to improve efficiency and record keeping.
  • Bonus:
    • Are Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
    • Have availability to work an evening and weekend schedule.
