NOTE: Although this is a remote Account Maintenance Customer Services Rep position - there is a requirement to attend the training in person, located in Edmonton, AB (minimum of 5 weeks) starting on April 29th, 2024. In order to be eligible for this position you must reside in the Edmonton area.


  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Collection experience required.
  • Strong oral communication skills with an ability to convey challenging messages to all customer types.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and is well organized.
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Decision-making and negotiation ability.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule during our hours of operation, which include Monday – Thursday from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm MST, Friday from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm MST and Saturday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm MST.
