Job Description:
Cornwall Islamic Foundation is seeking a highly experienced Administrator to join our team remotely from Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, preferably with prior experience in Islamic education or related fields. This position requires a significant time commitment and a deep understanding of administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with financial management and budget tracking.
- Provide support to staff and volunteers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administrative roles, with a preference for candidates who are retired and can commit a significant amount of time.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and internet navigation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Degree or academic background in education is required.
- Additional qualifications or certificates in Islamic education or related fields are highly desirable.
