Relevant de léquipe de gestion, l’adjoint(e) administratif(ive) effectue diverses tâches administratives relatives à la facturation et à la gestion des contrats de service annuels, à la gestion des commandes, à la gestion des comptes à recevoir. Il/elle est amené(e) à communiquer avec les clients pour les demandes dinformation sur la facturation et les commandes. Responsabilités :
  • Réviser les contrats de service;
  • Assurer le renouvellement des contrats de service;
  • Émettre les soumissions liées au service et obtenir les bons de commande, si besoin;
  • Effectuer le suivi des banques de services prépayés et prendre action;
  • Collaborer avec les ventes et léquipe de gestion de projet pour la facturation;
  • Produire et transmettre les fichiers Excel pour la facturation des services rendus;
  • Effectuer les envois de masse à notre clientèle au niveau du service à la clientèle;
  • Participer au suivi des comptes à recevoir;
  • Mettre à jour le système (CRM) et le Sharepoint;
  • Collaborer au support client pour les demandes d’information sur la facturation;
  • Soutenir léquipe de gestion dans l’élaboration de divers rapports de suivi des indicateurs financiers
