JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting all Project Management activities including coordination of meetings, management of controlled documents and documentation of training requirements. Manage all core project documents, tracks budget performance and maintains all necessary files. Provide any additional administrative support as required.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, as assigned, to fulfill identified project requirements.
  • Support the Project Leader to ensure all relevant project documentation is initiated, up to date and follows SOP and other relevant regulations, to support the project oversight, execution and delivery of services
  • Set up team lists, meetings and distribute team agenda and meeting minutes
  • Ensure all appropriate systems are set up for their assigned projects, manage system access for project team members
  • Support Project Leaders with monthly invoicing in collaboration with Cytel Financial Analyst
  • Support the Project Leaders monthly budget reconciliations against revenue forecasts and actual work completed
  • Support Project Leaders to ensure out-of-scope activities are identified, quantified, and agreed with the sponsor ahead of implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Science related field

Experience: < 2yrs PA and/or 2 years’ experience in a Life Science position

Skills:

  • Basic understanding in project and financial/budget management
  • Proficiency in English, orally and written. Bilingual French/English perferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with Cytel team members, management, sponsors and other stakeholders
  • Good computer application skills (MS Office Suite, project management tools )
  • Familiar with basic project management work processes. Exhibits methodical approach to assigned tasks and projects

LOCATION: REMOTE CANADA

COMPENSATION: $60K -$65k CAD
